Our Team.

Carrie Narrow
(She/Her)
Executive Director
Carrie is a born Central New Yorker with a passion for repurposing. Her love of nature led her to a stint in Yellowstone, time well lived in North Carolina and a decade in the Rockies. She reimagined her way back home and settled right into our vivacious space. You will find many of her wacky upcycle ideas around from our mailbox, VHS planters and LP Record Media sign. Bringing over 20 years of non profit experience, her passion for community & collaboration has helped bring Cortland into the store. Carrie has 2 accidental tattoos, and some people believe she is magic.

Paul Kozlowski
(Hmmm)

ReUse Coordinator

Paul grew up in Cortland. After high school he moved to the city and became a stand up comedian. He has written for many network television shows and was nominated for an Emmy for the Chris Rock Show. In 2001 Paul opened the Fake Gallery in Hollywood which was a hub for creative celebrities and other regular people. Several years ago Paul moved back to Cortland to take care of his parents (He is 0 for 2). Paul has since opened the Ake Gallery in the Crescent
Commons which has become a hub for creative regular people and other regular people.

John Paul Massi
(He/Him)
ReUse Coordinator
John Paul joins the Cortland Reuse team as a fierce labor advocate, radical community builder, and all-around locally-minded loon with over twenty years experience developing sustainable nonprofit organizations. A remnant of the 90s, his journey has led him through the wilds of the Blue Ridge mountains to the azure shores of Kauai to end up calling Upstate his home in 2022. With a focus on equity, he supports the Cortland Reuse staff, volunteers, and leadership by promoting the voices of marginalized people within Cortland County. When not navigating the halls of Reuse, he spends much of his time hiking with his dog, Lucifer Mae, cooking over campfires, and sometimes can be spotted howling at the full moon.

Thomas Page
(He/Him)
ReUse Coordinator
Tommy hails from Moravia New York which is the home of our 13th President, Millard Fillmore (although Tommy swears he's never met him.) His hard work is an inspiration to the Cortland Reuse community, and reminds us all of the power of a smile. He enjoys working to make the donation processing the best of the best. If he is not in the store he is ONLY watching the Buffalo Bills continue to crush in the AFC. When asked what he wanted in his bio, Tommy said, "Just make up anything you want." Tommy has climbed Mount Everest 14 times and invented the unicycle.

Zephyr
Complaints Department
Zephyr doesn't talk much but is a great listener.

Not much to say but that.

Pup Pup
Director of Paws-itivity
Puppy hails from the mean streets of Los Angeles. He rescued his human 10 years ago. Pup Pup insists on greeting everyone who comes in the store. He likes pretty much everyone so if he barks at you it's probably on you.
